phmagic Terms and Conditions: Rules for Philippine Players

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the phmagic platform in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use phmagic.

These terms apply to all phmagic services including but not limited to online casino games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, virtual sports, PBA betting, poker, and Color Game. Accessing any section of the platform after these terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use phmagic, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

phmagic reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in access restrictions or account closure.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one phmagic account. Creating additional accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. phmagic treats duplicate accounts as a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may close all linked accounts along with any associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. This information must match the documents you hold. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your phmagic login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Do not allow another person to access your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact phmagic support immediately using the verified contact information inside your account.

Deposits

All phmagic account balances are held in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum amounts displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. These amounts can change and may vary by payment method.

phmagic accepts deposits through eligible Philippine payment methods which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Available methods are subject to your account verification status and the current cashier options displayed after login.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or card that belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• Third-party deposits — where another person funds your phmagic account — are not permitted.
• phmagic is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Deposits used in games or betting markets cannot be reversed once a round or bet has been confirmed.

phmagic may apply identity verification checks before processing a deposit, particularly for first-time or larger transactions. This is a standard security measure and is not specific to any individual member.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be submitted once account identity verification has been completed to phmagic's satisfaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. phmagic reserves the right to request the same payment method used at deposit before processing a withdrawal to any alternative channel.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of your request.
• phmagic may take up to the number of business days shown in the cashier to review and process a withdrawal before it is passed to the payment provider.
• Processing time at the payment provider's end is outside phmagic's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there are outstanding verification requirements, active bonus wagering obligations, or suspected account security issues.
• Any bonus balance that does not meet the stated wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

phmagic does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Always review your provider's fee schedule separately.

Bonuses and Promotions

phmagic may offer bonuses, reload promotions, free credit, cashback, or other incentive schemes to eligible members. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms including but not limited to:

• Wagering or rollover requirements that must be met before a bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Eligible games or betting markets — not all titles contribute equally or at all toward wagering requirements.
• Time limits within which the wagering requirement must be completed.
• Maximum bonus conversion or withdrawal limits.
• Minimum deposit amounts required to trigger a bonus offer.

Bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational use. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a bonus — including coordinated wagering, staking patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying rollover requirements, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Games and Betting

All game outcomes and sports betting results on phmagic are determined by a certified random number process or by the real-world result of the relevant sporting event. phmagic does not manipulate outcomes. Once a round has been confirmed or a bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled.

The rules specific to each game — including return-to-player information, betting limits, game flow, and payout structures — are available within each game or market. Members are responsible for reviewing these rules before participating.

• phmagic reserves the right to void bets where a technical fault, data error, or obvious pricing mistake has occurred.
• Bets placed after a sporting event has concluded or after a live game outcome is known are void.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or poker round, phmagic will apply a documented hand-resolution policy. Members should review this policy in the relevant game rules section.
• Winnings will be credited to the phmagic account balance in PHP following the completion of each valid round or market settlement.

Member Conduct

Members are expected to use phmagic in a lawful and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with phmagic games, markets, or cashier functions.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker game or other player-versus-player format.
• Using information not publicly available at the time a bet is placed to gain an advantage over the published odds.
• Laundering funds or using phmagic to process transactions associated with criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phmagic staff or other members in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access systems, data, or account information that does not belong to you.

phmagic cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Account information, transaction history, and communication records may be disclosed when legally required.

Suspension and Closure

phmagic may suspend or permanently close a member's account at any time, with or without advance notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe the account has been involved in any activity that breaches these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or a regulatory requirement.

When an account is closed as a result of a terms violation, phmagic reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the account balance. In cases where closure is not related to a member breach — such as platform restructuring or market exit — phmagic will process any eligible outstanding balance within a reasonable timeframe after satisfactory verification.

Members may also request voluntary account closure or a self-exclusion period through the account settings or by contacting phmagic support. Any such request will be processed as quickly as practicable. A self-excluded member must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.

Privacy and Data

phmagic collects and processes personal information as necessary to operate accounts, verify identity, process transactions, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and deliver support. By registering with phmagic, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Privacy Policy, you should not register or continue using the platform.

All outcomes involve chance, and losses are always a possible result of participating in any game or market.

phmagic is not responsible for losses arising from a member's voluntary decision to participate in a game or market, the outcome of which was determined fairly in accordance with the published rules. The entertainment value of using phmagic is the service provided, not any specific financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmagic's total liability to any individual member arising from these Terms and Conditions or platform use in any calendar month shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member during the same calendar month.

Changes to These Terms

phmagic may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account, where practicable. The updated terms will be effective from the date shown at the top of this page.
